Social media sucks. See sig.
Why would they bench a budding HoFer
Saw this at the zone and watched the vid to verify for myself... But on The Break today, Broaddus says he asked around and Mazi is down to 293. He's lost 40 pounds since camp. Several of us have mentioned that he looks small, but WTF, man.
They speculated that maybe they asked him to lose weight because that's so much to lose, and they do monitor the player weights. But that doesn't make much sense, either.
There’s a Christmas card list? Shit, it took them about 15 years to realize I was a regular. LolI would like to make it known that I have not besmirched Howell here and therefore not be taken off the xmas card list.
If this is true there's a 100% chance the coaches asked him to do it, which is ridiculous and explains a lot in terms of why he's struggling with combos/doubles. He's pretty solid against single blocks but there's no 1T in the world who will maintain their effectiveness going from 320-330 to 290-300.
If the coaches asked him to do this, which I can only assume they did, it's patently insane.

If we wanted 290er, who could we have drafted at that spot instead?
He swirling the bowl…huge wasted pick. They cannot even figure out what weight he is going to play at.Saw this at the zone and watched the vid to verify for myself... It appears to be a salvage project already. If this is true there's a 100% chance the coaches asked him to do it, which is ridiculous and explains a lot in terms of why he's struggling with combos/doubles. Good for a laugh at Jaylon. And a holding call in case anyone forgot what that was.
