Props to y’all remembering a preseason game from the 1970s. The only one I have a vivid memory of was Earl Campbell’s rookie game against the Cowboys.

we were off to a good start in '86 until Danny (who Cotton is too young to remember) broke his wrist. but yeah, age and bad drafts were catching up to us.

yeah Danny White was great in Paul Hackett’s offense. At least compared to how he had been since 1980.

It said in the vid that he ran a 9.6 100y in high school. Found a calculator that said that was a 10.5 100m, which is still fast now for a high schooler.
