The difference is that Miller was a rental whereas Mack has three more (expensive) years to go.
Yeah dude is making big bucks.

For some reason, people think Greg Olsen is going to be the new #1 for Fox now.Weird how FOX made no attempt to keep either guy. Gotta find a new #1 broadcast team.
Once the transition to Thursday games on Prime or whatever, it might.I remember when NBC got the rights to the NFL again and shortly thereafter they announced that John Madden and Al Michaels would be their primary broadcast duo.
I knew right then that Sunday night football was going to get a great slate of games.
Sure enough, Sunday night became the new Monday night and vice versa. Sunday night was home to the marquee game of the week and Monday night became the boring game you didn't want to watch.
I don't expect the impact of this move to be as drastic, but I do expect for Monday night to start getting a better slate of games than what they've had in the last several years.

ESPN has some clout with the league and I am sure they wouldn't pay out the ass for these two to announce Texans vs. Jaguars-type matchups.
Well, to be honest, it probably should.Thursday night will now take over as the new host of the shitty primetime game of the week.
He's definitely the flavor of the week for the social media crowd. For some reason, people think Greg Olsen is going to be the new #1 for Fox now.
Horrible choice.
That's a very good point. At least I don't have to hear Joe Buck every week now.
