The league and the MSM are obsessed about race. No one else is.

I don't think anybody truly cares what race this guy is exactly, it's that the league is so desperate to tout minority hirings that they made sure one of their main mouthpieces (Rapoport) pointed out that he was "biracial" and a "minority" when the Dolphins hired him when someone like this is clearly not who anybody is talking about when it comes to the league not having enough diversity in it's GM/HC ranks.

This is exactly right. A coach is a coach, we should be talking about their credentials and not the color of their skin (In this case a dude with white skin the NFL is claiming to be black). But the NFL made it all about him being a minority hire with their rules and statements so here we are.
