What do people see in him?

Caldwell is not that bad of a coach, he took the Colts to the Superbowl and took the crappy Lions to the playoffs twice and has a winning record of 36-28 with the Lions which is honestly impressive, there is alot of worse coaches than Caldwell

I do not blame Panthers for not wanting to fire Rhule since it is too early to buy him out in his 2nd year of his 7 year contract

I agree, teams should give new head coaches 3 years contracts to prove if he is a good head coach or not
