IIRC, within a year or two of him taking a front office job, we started seeing them place more of an emphasis on investing in the OL.

The 90s Cowboys DL didn't get the publicity that the OL got but they were certainly a strength of the team during those first 2 Super Bowl wins.

I think the DL gets overlooked because aside from Charley Haley there really wasn't a HOF/household name defender on the DL. Nonetheless, those DL were stacked with good - great players at every position. Two deep as well. Not a single scrub in the bunch.

Yeah, when you have guys like Jimmie Jones, Leon Lett and Jim Jeffcoat/Tony Tolbert rotating in as backups, you're doing pretty good.

I remember replying to someone who was complaining about Jarwin not making that catch in the chatter thread that it looked like he had his hip dislocated on that hit.

Anybody complaining about him not making that catch is just looking for a reason to bitch. That pass was way behind him, and pretty much uncatchable.
