A somewhat deranged, aggressive individual.

He seemed to start strong and then slowly degrade while undermining each of Joe Gibbs and Sean Payton during his time with Washington and in New Orleans respectively -- and then bounty gate buttfucked his career relegating him to the Rams (pre-McVay), Browns, and Jets of the league.

He had Jonathan Vilma, Will Smith, and Roman Harper during his time in New Orleans and Cameron Jordan as a rookie before getting fired.

My question is how would he do with a HC he actually respected, a real offense helping him, and a strong stable of good pass rushers up front?
