Yeah but how much of that is carried over? Sounds all good but that number will drop real quickly if you spend it because it won't carry over to the following years cap. So it is a little deceiving. A lot of that is just year after year of rolling unused cap from the previous season.

And lord knows you can't front load a contract to take advantage of one time situations without getting the hammer from Goodell.
 
I don't know if they will execute it successfully but Cleveland is on to something I think.

Seems like not very long ago he was a hot young LBer name. His 2013 season was excellent. I wonder what value he still carries.
