The dysfunction is so obvious to see. Unbelievable how people like Schmitty can't see it.

I don't think Jerry is capable of bringing in anyone better on purpose, but by no means should Garrett keep his job. Garrett's establishment of culture has taken 4 years where acceptable head coaches do it in 1.5.
 
Watching this game just hurts. I mean ONE FUCKING WIN would have this team with something to play for.

And the worst thing is, since the climate is now that Dallas STILL could "compete" for this, our try hard plucky buncha guys who do things the right way could fuck up our draft position.

Seeing Zimmer win again probably makes you angrier.

Especially since Zimmer's roster isn't any better than what Garrett started with.
