LOL @ The Eagles

The way things are breaking with the Eagles it looks like their first rounders are pretty much telegraphed.

At 10, best corner or best interior lineman.

At 30, they will probably trade down and net picks to get linebackers.

I can see them arrogant enough to overlook the offense in the premium rounds thinking they have arrived.

Which is nice.

The one saving grace that has kept all their fancy moves and luck from creating a dynasty has been their mediocre draft record. Hopefully it continues this year.

When you go all in, you damn sure be better to rebuild through the draft or you are screwed.
 
Annoying that Bradberry, Slay and Gardener Johnson all could have been gone and now it's possible that all are back. Three of their four most productive pass rushers too.

We'll see on Gardner-Johnson but they're going to be very reliant on some very old guys on the DL.

Davis is a 2-down player who gets winded easily so at DT they're left with Cox and not a whole lot else, while not having much at LB behind them. They're still good on the edge with Reddick and Sweat, but Graham will be 35, again, very reliant on someone whose wheels could fall off at any time.

Losing Sanders offensively isn't nothing either, he was 5th in the league in rushing, they're going to be significantly worse next year than they were this year.

They are fickle angry creatures but this guy is well, different. Not what I would think of as the stereotypical Eagles fan either. I imagine a 300 pound man with mustache who is angry all the time and beats his wife and children and hates Christmas. But that's the stereotype in my head.

You're not far off. Add in smelling like a mixture of body odor, Coors light, and stale hoagies.
 


I would have put this in the :lol @ the Eagles thread, but this is not that bad.
