I love Romo but he’s not cut out to be a coach.
Yeah his personality is a little too goofy.

I think you're giving "Stephen" too much credit. I'd bet he's on board with not paying market value for coaching.
I just think it is because his game is boring. He doesn't make plays. He's competent.Silly.
Divide these numbers by 8.
That means:
2.9 targets, 2.6 receptions, 28 yards. Per game.
He's averaging giving up about 2 or 3 catches and 28 yards per game and someone is calling him a "bust"?
What???
And I don’t think he wants to put in those hours for money that will not matter to his lifestyle at this point.Yeah his personality is a little too goofy.
The woman was supposed to be Schotty, but the AI fucked up and he couldn't fix it.Is that woodysgirl?
Yeah, that element limits him to a consultant role while also making him a very good color commentatorYeah his personality is a little too goofy.
The hire would not be for his personality… this would be a person who truly knows how to break down a defense .. I think he’d make a great coordinator. But to each his ownYeah his personality is a little too goofy.

So Rex Ryan has been brought up in the last week so here he talking about Parker. He does start of mentioning about Jerry trying to hire him a few years ago but they "couldn't come to terms".
Yep. Money. No way Jerry even asks him now so mark him off the list.
Jerry Jones is worth $23.4 billion. Complaining about paying a coach 4 million instead of 13 million is the equivalent of someone making $100k, complaining about $30. Yes, I did the math.
It's infuriating. It shouldn't remotely be a stumbling block. It's an investment in their product that, if they win would clearly make the product (and Jerry's wallet) more money.
AND THERE'S NO SALARY CAP ON COACHING.
It's one of the areas that the team's massive revenue advantage should make a big difference.
And yet the most valuable team in the world is unwilling to spend money on it because they are too stupid to understand the difference between being guaranteed to win and raising your chances of winning.
It goes back to that discussion about paying big salaries vs having control. Any good, proven coach is going to demand a pretty high salary, but also control. And that's the part Jerry won't have. He said it again just the other day when he said he was "buying an occupation" and not an investment when he bought the team. It's infuriating. It shouldn't remotely be a stumbling block.
