All this Donald stuff seems destined to disappoint, there's no chance a 35 year old who has been away from the game for 2-3 years can come back and be a major piece of a team.

Best case scenario he'll be a nice rotational pass rusher playing like 15ish snaps a game, although he could also easily be guy who comes out hot but then flames out midseason because he's 35 and hasn't played football in a few years, or he could just be mostly useless from the jump.

Maybe "nice rotational pass rusher for 15 snaps a game" is all they need him for, but it seems like a bunch of hype for a likely minimal return.

We hate on Jones, and I do think he's one of the worst owners in the league, especially in consideration with all the resources he has, as he owns the most profitable and most valued franchise in the league and perhaps all of sports.

But man, the Cardinals are just a clown show. They are the kind of organization that just seems to throw darts at the wall, there's no plan, no vision, no strategy, they just don't care. Their draft record is horrendous. They have missed on almost every first round pick they've made since perhaps Patrick Peterson in 2011, and before that, Larry Fitzgerald in 2004? That's two first round hits in 22 years.

There's a couple guys in there like Hasaan Reddick, but he didn't flourish with Arizona, he went elsewhere.

In looking it over, I think it's beyond a doubt the Cardinals are the worst drafting team of the past 20 years. I can't see anyone apparently worse.
