Same to you, brother.Oh yeah, Happy Fathers Day, gents!
Hard to know when they don’t tell us. Family and ‘friends’ can get ravenous around money. I can absolutely see it as a catalyst for arguing, jealousy, and bitterness among the people in her life. Sad to see it happen, whatever it did.

Like Geng said, the bestest funny is the funny that comes with social commentary. Is the daycare in Minnesota or California?![]()

Same, for my own computer. In school when I touched a PC for the first time it was DOS 1.x.I started with DOS 3.0
What PC would that have been?Same, for my own computer. In school when I touched a PC for the first time it was DOS 1.x.
Yeah, I'm geezing
Early edition IBM PC. You had to load the DOS floppy first, load DOS into memory, then eject it and use a storage floppy afterwards. This was pre-hard disk, like 1981.What PC would that have been?
When I was in junior high, if we finished our work early we'd get to go play on the Apple IIs, usually trying to write games.
Mine was only a couple of years after that.Early edition IBM PC. You had to load the DOS floppy first, load DOS into memory, then eject it and use a storage floppy afterwards. This was pre-hard disk, like 1981.

Multiple 5.25 inch floppies, but the PC only had one 5.25 floppy drive. Next year we got a PC with two 5.25 drives, which was huge because you could run DOS from one straight up and run whatever you wanted from the second. This was like 1981-82Mine was only a couple of years after that.
And I know when you say, "pre-hard disk", you mean the 3.5 with the hard shell and not the 5" actual floppies.![]()
