Actual rights, yes, but it shouldn't be a right to not be deported.

And I almost got stamped. There's a deep ball to left and I don't know if I'll be behind this keyboard again.

That is a fundamentally flawed argument.

Rights come first and should be protected at all costs, even above public safety (with very very few exceptions).

Illegal immigration is not a rights issue. Someone here illegally doesn't have those rights. It's simply two different conversations but I think the X post is conflating the two.

I think what is confusing things is I think the OP was being facetious when he typed "rights" as in he doesn't have "rights" because he is here illegally. I hope that clears things up because my next plan of action is to bust out some Stephen Jones air quotes and no one wants that.
