2026 Draft Week Chatter Thread...

I'm not sure why Kaleb Elarms-Orr doesn't get more love. 130 tackles in 2025, 4 sacks, and he is an athletic freak with a 4.47 forty. Also ideal size at 6'2" 234 pounds. He will likely be my top LBer left at 92 unless Trotter or Golday drop.
Plus... he's a hyphen. :templetap

I could be wrong but I'm staying away from OT in this draft. I don't think you'll find good value in the fourth. I think you'll find more Waletzko and Balls and I'm not doing it.

Now if Jennings Dunker makes it to 92 through every NFL team going full retard, we can talk then.
I like Tristan Leigh. If he makes it to 152, I'd be more than happy taking him. Was liking Travis Burke at 177-180, but those picks are gone now. Other than that, really haven't looked at the OTs much.

Brooks for a pick seems like a good swing for us, but I wouldn't want to give up a third.

Agreed, third is too much. I'd be pretty happy to give up a 4th at this point. I think there's a lot of value getting a veteran in the middle for a team that's trying to win immediately like us.

I like Rolder but not at 92 for me.

Hyphen.

I like him. But supposedly, the knock on him is that he doesn't process play info fast enough. He's more of a react guy rather than reading what's happening in front of him.

I have Tristan trauma from 2019.

I think we need a vet regardless. Even if it's not Brooks. Just someone with some experience would be nice. Plus we only have 3 dudes even on the roster. One of those guys was a safety a year ago. Even if it's a Bpbby Wagner type just to throw in the mix with a rookie, Overshown and Shemar.

Yeah, and I could see that. I think I'd gamble that his elite speed makes up for it and that maybe coaching can help speed up the mental processing.

Honestly CJ Allen at times looks a tick slow to read in my opinion. But I'd be thrilled if he somehow fell.

Keyshawn Elliott is another guy who could be at the top of the board at 92. Another guy I like.

Yep. We need multiple bodies. Two LBs, not counting on Overshown.
Sure. But you mentioned Rolder. He has insolent hair.

He should be off your board due to his identify confusion.

He could probably fall for just that reason.

I expect that Hill is another one who maybe could be hanging around in the third.

Sitting through this 2nd round watching players fall off is going to be painful.

Guess I gotta just keep in mind that 2nd went towards getting Quinnen Williams.

Part of me wants to use our newfound 4ths to move up for one of the LBers. But the other part of me wants to sit and see what falls to 92 and use that with our three 4ths to mine the fallen gold.

:panic

If we got Elarms-Orr at 112 and Murdock at 218 I'd be pretty thrilled.

I would love love LOVE to get one of the Penn State RBs before this draft is over.

I think both guys are gonna be successful NFL players and while I'm a bigger fan of Kaytron Allen, I think Nic Singleton would pair better with Javontae.

Either way, give me one of those guys and I'll be over the moon.
