2026 Cowboys Free Agency Thread…

Who even starts now, unless you play Clark at end and start the new NT? Thomas?

In a base I think they'll play Clark at NT and Williams/Thomas at DE, with Ogbonnia rotating at NT and Clark moving to DE.

In nickel/dime I think the interior rushers will be primarily Williams, Clark and Gary, maybe a little bit of Thomas.

Again, they need another semi-starter somewhere but it's not at 3-4 DE, I think it's as a 3-4 OLB/edge rusher or of course ILB.

Keldric Faulk at 12 incoming.

We do need backups at the three DL spots though. And we don't have much now. If anything.

I had the same thought.

Wait, we are sending a decent rotational player and a 7th and getting only a 7th back? Am I reading that right?

I mean that is literally trading him for nothing. The equivalent of cutting him outright. Are we clearing money for something? This just seems pointless.

Yeah, the team needs to be stockpiling assets. I’m not sure what big free agent moves are left so this is signaling Crosby to me potentially.

Which is bad because we need more pieces not less, certainly not for a 30 year old with an injury issue.

Sounds like it.
Unfuckingreal. I read that like 5 times thinking maybe there was a typo or something. Nope. Just normal Jerry lunacy.
