Was this season really disappointing? Did anybody with a brain expect much more than we got as far as wins?

When McCarthy was canned I thought we needed a minimum of 2 offseasons to rebuild this team and talent.

Did I expect the defense to be all time bad? No. I still expected 7-9 wins.

They need to hit on these 2 #1's. Would you trade one to get a few more pics?

I would definitely be trying to with the later first, yes. I wouldn't want to trade completely out of the round unless it's an amazing deal, but a few spots down to pick up an extra third or something would be amazing.

I have faith they can find a player at 12, but look at recent history in the range of the GB pick.

No but depending hpw far you move down you should get either a third or second in return.

I am sure he does. The praise you heard was just ridiculous, like the guy is engaged to his daughter or something. The LBers were supposed to be his calling card and the dude whiffed with both FA signings, him and Sanborn.

Yea this season was disappointing and yea I expected more wins from this ball club considering the talent we had on the offensive side of the ball …. However, I ( and nobody in here ) thought this defense was going to be as horrendous as it was and rank up there with the worst defenses of all time …:and that’s where the shit went sideways …

The offense was better than expected. I don't think anyone thought Pickens was a 1400 yard receiver. And I think Jevonte exceeded all expectations as well. I didn't think the offense would suck but I didn't expect them to be this awesome.

On the flip side I thought the defense would be better. The loss of Parsons obviously lowered that expectation but I didn't expect epic bad. I just expected lower third of the NFL bad without Parsons.
