Ok, that's an incredible throw but the runner should have been safe by a comfortable margin.

He didn't even have to slide! But why on earth is he easing up and slowing down BEFORE he gets to base?

I have to believe that's on the 3rd base coach because the runner doesn't appear to have any clue whatsoever that the throw is coming anywhere near him.

Whether it's the coach or the runner, someone royally screwed up there.
