Funny how that works. It’s amazing what happens when you have teams with great front offices which focus on establishing winning cultures and filling their rosters with the best talent possible.

They also have a huge advantage in baseball with no salary cap, though.

Based on Spotrac this isn't true.

Dodgers are 5th.

Mets
Yankees
Astros
Phillies
Dodgers
Braves
Cubs
Rangers
Blue Jays
Giants

And by the way, here are some of the teams in the bottom half of spending.

20 Royals
21 Brewers
22 Orioles
23 Guardians

So apparently it's not all about spending. The 23rd spending team got just as far as the top spending team. And 4 of the bottom half of spenders made the playoffs. The 3rd, 4th, and 6th highest spending teams didn't win a playoff series outside of the wildcard, and 7-10 didn't even make it.

Obviously spending a lot helps and teams should do it if they can, but that tweet gives a very incomplete and misleading picture.

Good Luck, @1bigfan13

Wasn't a good year for the Ranger offense. We'll should say mediocre offense 2 out of the 3 years.

Then what really blows my mind is the fact that he didn't have arm injuries.
His most serious injury was the last game he ever pitched. The elbow finally gave out in Seattle.

Yeah, when he was like 50. Or close enough.

232 pitches when managers today get heart palpitations if you approach 100.

If you have Netflix watch Facing Nolan.
