No. I'm pretty sure the ESPN morning shows are already building a week's worth of talking points about this 4 point performance. Somehow it'll be spun into him showing flashes of being a future All-Star.

This will approach Tebow mania.
And ex-Red Raider Adonis Arms dropped 32 on them.

RAIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RAIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to Google him during the game to check out his background.

That's the thing I keep going back to.

Embiid was out right up until playoffs. I thought it may have been worth a shot to see what it looks like with Hield getting a full training camp and at least 25 NBA games with Embiid and Maxey.

I don't think the money worked after the Sixers signed George.

I watched about half the game and it was about what I expected to see when an end of the bench caliber player is thrown into the mix vs a bunch of hungry players who were all 15-23 ppg scorers and All-Conference players in college.

Nevertheless.....that didn't stop ESPN from going all in on the Lebron/Bronny glazing. :picard

Sofa king embarassing.

What matters most is he fucking sucks and will be out of the league within 24 hours of his dad retiring.

That's my guess as well.

From what I've seen watching him over the last few years, he's going to be hard pressed to carve out an Ish Smith career for himself.

He just looks very ordinary. Even in HS he didn't really stand out. That's a major red flag for me because most NBA players, even low-level role players, had great numbers in HS.

This is retarded. They literally called it Jordan Rules.

Jordan got every call imaginable.
For sure, but he didn't flail around like a soccer player begging for calls.

I don't remember anyone doing that back then.

Yup.

Every NBA player was a star at some point.

Whether it was high school or college, all those guys, even bench players, know what it's like to be the best in their district, city, state, conference, etc.

Bronny has never been that and he has no business whatsoever being in the NBA.

In fact, I think he could have played all 4 years of college ball and there's a very good chance he wouldn't have even been a top 25 player at the collegiate level.

I have nothing against him personally so I'm not hoping for him to fail, but if he does, I will enjoy seeing Lebron's frustrations over it.

BUT HE MADE 4 POINTS!

I've always understood the the Jordan Rules as the methodology the Pistons used to guard and beat the piss out of him. Which is what eventually led MJ to seek out better diet and training methods to deal with their physicality.

It wasn't about Jordan flopping, selling calls, and such.

But I do agree that superstars getting cheap fouls is one of the weirdest norms of the NBA.

Think about. The most talented guys on the court, who really don't need the extra help, get tons of cheap calls in their favor. Meanwhile the Steve Kerr's of the league have to damn near get decapitated to get refs to blow the whistle.

So now Lebron James is saying that Bronny ~snicker~ deserves a spot on the olympic roster.

Dude. STFU. There are hundreds of guys both NBA and college that deserve a roster spot before your coattail riding spawn ever would. Probably some highschool kids, too.

GTFO.

That asshole has no shame.

With the being said, can you blame him? He's found a way to get organizations to pander to him his whole career, even the mighty Lakers.

So can you blame him for trying to pull some shit here?
