I bet Taco Mazi does not make a solo play like this the entire year.

Still going to wait on him but results don't look promising. I just hope it doesn't scare the front office from addressing it seriously in the future.

Just be thankful Hankins decided to come back.

Yeah, but I hate the thought of someone getting a shot just because they played the race card. Like you get to sign a contract for over a million dollars and be in the NFL. Not because you earned it, or worked hard for it. But simply because you played the victim long enough that the NFL just said fine, here you go.

Something I hate about giving into a spoiled brat throwing a temper tantrum. I want to see the guy sign with an XFL team. That's what I want to see. And then I want to see some dork like DiNucci run circles around him.
Plus he’s also playing the ex-NFL qb card. I’m still good enough, lemme show you.

The raiders gave him a tryout last year and word was that it was terrible. I think he has played it out as far as it should be allowed. File a restraining order already you’re not getting back together.

Yeah, but this way he can still tell the MSM he is being discriminated against. Now they dont want me because I am half black AND old. Reality is they dont want you because your talent didn't outweigh your baggage.

Yep, the grift only works if you pretend you actually want what your asking for.

It's stunningly dishonest to claim that Kaepernick isn't in the NFL anymore due to his race when there are tons of black QBs right now.

I know that he and his defenders would counter by saying that he's blackballed because he's outspoken.

But even if that's true, isn't that just another way of saying it's about behavior and not actually race?

Yes but what Hill tries to point out is that behavior like beating women is acceptable but standing up for poor black kids being gunned down in the streets isn't. But like we have all mentioned none of that really matters, if he was good a NFL team would overlook that. They won't overlook that stuff for a practice squad QB with no upside though.

And opposing police brutality is great. But that's not really what he was doing.

from a black man.

All it takes is one guy to sacrifice and take the backlash that would occur.
I don't think there should be much if any backlash for it. He isn't a QB when he is doing that. The whole thing about protecting the QB is that he is so vulnerable because he is looking downfield, and can't really see it coming, along with the position he is in during the act of throwing the ball. At least that's how I have always viewed it. In this situation, none of that is really the case. You shoudl pretty much expect to get your block knocked off if you are in the middle of a scrum.

I'm sure the NFL will find some way to monetize this in conjunction with their corporate sponsors as the league continues to descend into a cartoonish hellscape.

I think they're actually televising a game coming up as a literal cartoon, so that's good.

I think Kelce is a beard and this is publicity for two totally shit matchups against the Bears and Jets. Big money rolling in, the Swifties have buying power.
