Also once you break in as a placekicker, the league recycles you around and around till you are 40, so a lot of those salaries for kickers are for guys in the league forever and the teams pay a tad bit more for the tenure.

Whereas most of the RBs are on rookie contracts so they literally get the minimum deals on average.
 
Dumb. If another team claims him, so be it. He's not good enough for us to want "exclusive negotiating rights."

Honestly, he is gonna get paid. Is he gonna get the best in the league pay? I doubt it. But if he gets that, he needs to be far and away the best. Currently, I don't really believe he is. I think he has more than enough potential to be, but he has to actually do it. Shut down corners get best in the league.

Unless they give him a huge offer right off the bat, I bet he holds out. His brother is a diva and I bet he acts the same.
