Hey, that’s the point where businesses band together and stop paying their property taxes altogether. Hopefully they had insurance, it’s mandatory here in order to stay open.

Rebuild with the money, if city inspectors show up, tell them to get the fuck off of your property.

I wouldn’t have agreed with this 6 or so years ago, I probably would have laughed at it.

I feel the same way now. I’m trying real hard to keep my kids outside earshot of the gender discussion and all that bullshit.
