In a couple years, he’s gonna wish that twister would have came over and sent her ass to Oz.
Your heart is quite black.

That is one thing I have always appreciated about you.

A buddy of mine is a tennis instructor and he has given lessons to some of those kids that are missing from that camp.

Just one of too many heartbreaking stories that are coming out about the torrential rain hitting that region.

My heart goes out to everyone in Central Texas.

:sad

Living in Houston, we're very familiar with flash flooding and torrential rain.

Most of the time, they can see it coming and warn folks to be mindful of this if they're going to be on the road or out and about, but typically they just tell you to avoid being out altogether if you can.

But sometimes, that shit can just come out of nowhere and a storm ends up producing much more rain than they anticipated.

Was there any anticipation whatsoever that the rains could get like that out there yesterday?

Im not in the bad areas thankfully. Its just that when it rains it causes problems for my job and I have to go in and babysit equipment. I know it doesnt sound too awful but storms happen at all hours of the night and with the rain that we have had in the last 2 months it makes it worse with each storm.

Im not sure the people around the Guadelupe knew this much was coming, though.

The Guadelupe River rose 26 feet in 45 mins according to officials.

That is pretty damn scary.

Fuck.

That's like Hurricane Harvey levels of rain accumulation.

And yes, that is scary.

The finally found one of the girls from Camp Mystic, but sadly she was not alive.

She was only 9 years old.

My heart breaks for those parents. I just cannot imagine the world of pain they are in right now.
