Petroleum prices have been rising since 2020
That's not true. They didn't start to rise until 2021. You may want to actually look at the numbers.

In 2020 gas prices started at 2.636 and ended December at 2.282.

January 2021 start 2.420 and ended at 3.406.

So yeah, not sure where you get your shit from but it's wrong. And in 2022 we are even higher.

He read it off twitter. It's getting repeated by the left a lot but it's horseshit

So can someone fucking tell me why we won't release the Polish MIGs?

Give them the weapons they need to fight.

Poland's a member of NATO, but I don't see that as a hindrance. It should be okay to arm Ukraine without doing the fighting ourselves. Hell, we do it all the time with other countries.

That did not answer my question, but thank you for contributing to the discussion.

Yes, but certainly there is someone other than Biden or Harris that could call this out.

I guess none of you dumbasses knows.

Nevermind, I will Google it.

I wish we could recruit a Ukrainian Cowboys fan.

I do miss the diversity we used to have on the board at one time.

No doubt. Back in the day we had a nice left/right balance with good, hearty discussion. Now it is LGB 24/7, which makes sense but it is also boring.

Argue gas prices, show oil prices. Go figure.

So, when oil prices dropped to zero for that short time, was gas free? Hell, the graph showed they dropped below zero. Did they pay us to get gas?

Eh. You're a foreigner. Don't you all call gas petrol? :art

Also, the graph you show claiming rising prices in '20 doesn't really support your argument. Of course they rose. Hard not to when they dropped to zero. Even so, they didn't recover in '20 to where they were before the freefall until '21. Just like C Rock said.

Here is what matters in America. And pretty fucking obvious gas prices were great, and then something happened after 2020 starting in 2021. Hmmm, can't think of what exactly...

How does a price go negative exactly? I'm clearly not understanding the graph. Was someone paying us to take oil off their hands?

Um no, I think very much the opposite when you see a trend very clearly start when you transition from one President to the next. There are a lot of policy decisions inside the United States that impact those prices. It also shows that this wasn't something just sparked by the war with Russia. This is a upward trend that started at the beginning of 2021 and has only been accelerated by the war. March isn't shown yet but the number is 4.17 from what I can tell right now. Pretty massive jump as well.
