I don't either. I didn't think it was a very good ad, but I didn't think there was anything objectionable about it.

I guess the wokesters thought it called back to a bad time? I can't even remember the reason now.

I looked it up. It seems like it had something to do with the Kennedy family, but half of them hate him for running in the first place so he should just say fuck them. All they are trying to do is drag him down.

His logic here is very flawed. Correlation does not equal causation. My guess is these differences are less of a red vs blue issue and much more of an education and economic issue.

I'd bet that many (if not all) of the red states high on the list are deep south states with lower per capital education and income. It's pretty well documented that these types of circumstances drive crime and other types of behavior he's referring to.

Not to mention that a lot of these issues tend to be urban issues and when you are Texas and you have 4 major cities versus 1 in Massachusetts, then it's going to skew a certain way.

But I literally don't care that he said this. This was 20 years ago. I don't believe he thinks this way now.

I was watching a youtube of some dentist who has a big interest in sleep, and how many people should get checked because they think they're sleeping well, but actually they're sleeping poorly enough to negatively affect their lives.

And he touched on how dangerous fluoride is, and how he won't let his kids drink tap water or use any toothpastes with fluoride in them.

This guy had impeccable credentials -- I think Stanford -- and was young-ish and not crackpot-ish at all. So that surprised me.

Something like that. I have not drank out of a tap for a long time, but we sure as shit cook with it. So it is going into our mouth and into our bodies anyways. Can’t helped other than to eliminating it from the supply. There is a reason it is used and it ain’t to keep your fucking teeth healthy.

Supposedly that even makes it worse because while water will begin to evaporate when boiling, fluoride does not so the concentration of fluoride will go up in boiling water.

Can’t helped other than to eliminating it from the supply.

There are filters that apparently remove it.
