OMG OMG OMG
I made it through 30 minutes and only by fast forwarding through most of it. I don't give a shit about Russian History. What a weird mf.
Yeah, I was like, they want to travel ban the dork..over this?
I haven't watched it yet. Did you watch the whole thing?
Yeah, I was like, they want to travel ban the dork..over this?
Travel ban what dork?Yeah, I was like, they want to travel ban the dork..over this?
I assume he is talking about Carlson.Travel ban what dork?
I didn't know anyone wanted to ban him from travel... So the state department would, what, confine him to his house?I assume he is talking about Carlson.
The only thing I have seen is people calling for him not to be allowed back in the country.I didn't know anyone wanted to ban him from travel... So the state department would, what, confine him to his house?
That sounds awfully American.
I never understood this about politics. You'd think we would try and elect the best and the brightest for the highest position in the United States. Or just politics in general. These are the people who in the end make the decisions that determine the quality of life of everyone in America. But it's like we have an aversion to it. Vivek literally got made fun of by some people because of his intelligence. Like being really smart is some type of a drawback to being President.
I didn't watch it all. But it seemed like a lot of Putin just droning on and on while Carlson sat there and asked very little. I appreciate the attempt to try to interview the guy but there is no way to actually ask him questions and get him to answer them. He was just on there saying what he wanted to say.I'm about halfway through watching it but so far it's about what I expected. Putin throwing out some revanchist bullshit to justify the war going all the way back to 1654 or some irrelevant nonsense, how large swathes of Ukraine are actually Russian (and yet somehow they've barely been able to take any land over 2 years despite the population supposedly yearning to be part of Russia), how the US supposedly turned him down several times on security deals and such.
Putin thought he was going to be able to take Kyiv in like 6 weeks when they first invaded, you really think this is a guy who is capable of "outsmarting Biden at every turn"?I never understood this about politics. Biden is on the extreme. But going back to even guys like Clinton and Bush. Those guys weren't that bright. They had charisma or whatever but in terms of intelligence? We could do so much better. I don't think Trump is as retarded as some people want to make him sound. But at this point the guy is a Mensa Society member compared to Biden.
Yea, which is what it was always going to be, just an extension of the same bullshit he's been pushing for years.I didn't watch it all. But it seemed like a lot of Putin just droning on and on while Carlson sat there and asked very little. I appreciate the attempt to try to interview the guy but there is no way to actually ask him questions and get him to answer them. He was just on there saying what he wanted to say.
Very true, but I think the point was to at least hear it from his own mouth rather than full our regime media telling us what he says and wants.I didn't watch it all. I appreciate the attempt to try to interview the guy but there is no way to actually ask him questions and get him to answer them. He was just on there saying what he wanted to say.
I mean could he outsmart Biden? Sure but so could a box of kittens at this point.Putin thought he was going to be able to take Kyiv in like 6 weeks when they first invaded, you really think this is a guy who is capable of "outsmarting Biden at every turn"?
And even if that were the case, this isn't some 1 vs. 1 chess match, there is a massive military, intelligence and diplomatic infrastructure that is far more capable on the American side that is shaping the response.
