No he didn't, Irv. Do some research. My god, man.
If you went home on a Friday night, and Monday morning/afternoon you were told that the previous Friday was your last day, WTF do you think that means? He was fucking fired because his OPINION, along with those of others on that network, cost FOX over $700M. Do you think you wouldn't get fired if you did that?

Get your research off something other than Breitbart, dude.

No opinion on MSNBC or the networks.

Just cold hard facts and objectivity.

Never said that.

Every network has their reporters and their commentators. Problem is when they cross-pollinate and confuse the viewer into thinking something stupid like Tucker Carlson is a journalist.

It's important that Tucker be tough on him. Too many people already think he's a pro-Russian simp, a la Oliver Stone.

The brainwashed people who hate him won't change their mind on that no matter what he says.

It's funny how questioning Vietnam was celebrated. But questioning this war makes you an anti-American fascist/racist/white supremacist/etc.

It'll be interesting but it's likely going to be a propaganda spot (as everything Putin does) with Putin likely trying to convince the American public that they have no interest in the war, that it's a waste of money, Ukraine is actually the aggressor, Russia is just protecting itself, so on and so forth.

Will be interesting either way.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2024/02/07/tucker-carlson-putin-russia-ukraine/

As Russian state television propagandists salivated over Tucker Carlson’s interview with President Vladimir Putin, the first of Carlson’s falsehoods about his visit to Moscow was punctured, fittingly enough, by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who presumably helped arrange the whole strange venture.

Carlson, the conservative former Fox News host with a history of airing bogus “news,” claimed — falsely — that prominent U.S. newspapers and television outlets had refused to interview Putin since his invasion of Ukraine and were ignoring Russia’s perspective. Carlson labeled Western media as “corrupt” and accused them of lies on Tuesday in a video confirming that he was in Moscow for a Q&A with the president.

“Mr. Carlson is wrong,” Peskov said during his daily briefing for reporters. “We receive many requests for interviews with the president.”

Peskov conceded that the Kremlin routinely blocked media interview requests from large Western outlets, but he said it gave Carlson the nod because “his position is different” from the major “Anglo-Saxon media.” (Anglo-Saxon is a common blanket jab at the West even when mostly Americans are involved.)

Truly shocking.

I see no lies.

He's just become another one of Putin's Pawns.

He should just move there and be done with it.
You have got to be just trolling at this point. You can't possibly actually believe this.

I mean I'm interested to see it but I'd be terrified to do that interview and actually be hard hitting. I certainly think the guy isn't afraid to have a journalist killed. How do you approach an interview and not be scared your plane crashes the next day if you say the wrong thing.
