From what I could tell like 3. 2 of those from January 6th and and one from like the 1930's. When you see obscure uses like that it certainly feels politically motivated.

That J6 committee was bullshit and never should have had the authority to do this in the first place. Plus, they ignored the use of executive privilege. Because Drumpf!!
Bannon and Peter Navarro were put in not jail, but federal prison for a misdemeanor. That almost never happens. Unless the DOJ has been completely politicized and weaponized and the "criminals" are Trump friends.
