I could understand the package being lost. That happens. But wtf? The documents and contents were removed and the envelope was still delivered.

I know the recovered it, but they refused to tell him how it was removed or by who. Just that it was left on the managers desk within the last 24 hours, and they have no security cameras where the mail is sorted.
