I have a hard believing this would not be a huge deal if the Biden administration had done the same thing. Can you honestly say that Fox News would be blowing it off as no big deal if that were the case?

It became a court case because some organization sued for some reason.

The court case is just a waste of time and resources but that's the world we live in these days.

And yes Fox News would make a deal out of it. Hell, it's a pretty embarrassing mistake. I take no offense at anyone poking fun at it. Biden and his administration did and had all kinds of stuff that got made fun of. And justifiably so. But that's about all there is to it.
