1. Those shit heels in Israel should be sharing the tech, yes? Their very fucking existence depends on us and they won't share? Fucking insane.

2. The logistics and technology it would take to cover a country our size are immense hurdles requiring untold amounts of dollars for R&D.

3. It is very likely to end up a complete waste of time, money, and other resources just like Star Wars in the 80s. I've read theories that Star Wars was, in reality, a giant ruse to bankrupt the Soviet Union. We'd be far more likely to bankrupt ourselves these days.
