Bullet Train is fantastic.

Brad Pitt and Aaron Taylor-Johnson managed to pull off that Ryan Reynolds 'quick-wit humor in tense situations' thing quite well.
Yep. It was outstanding.

A lot of talk about Bullet Train. I haven't watched it yet, the kid wants to watch it, he has asked i don't know how many times. Anything super inappropriate for a 12 year old?

Nah, not unless you have shielded the kid from violence.

We took him to see Violent Night last weekend, he likes John Wick. And we took him to see IT in theaters, probably not the best parenting decision, worse that my brother put a red balloon in his car seat while we were in the theater. He slept with us that night.

My wife doesn’t like the language stuff. The vulgar stuff. But we would be dumb to think he doesn’t know it.

It was funny, I felt bad for a while, we had watched the original IT at home and he liked it. It wasn’t scary to him at all. The newer one didn’t really bother him either. But when he opened the door on the Tahoe and that ballon floated out to him, wow, I thought he shit himself. I think he was 6 or just turned 7 when the movie came out.

I like you, Newt.

But I do hope you understand you have the burden of a psychologically scarred child and it happened on your watch.

I knew Cruise did a lot of his stunts but I had no idea he was doing high risk ones like in the this upcoming Mission Impossible movie.

9+ minutes long but worth the watch.

That's cool as hell, but why are those dumbasses still wearing masks?

I read that this was filmed in quite a few international locations starting in 2021. Maybe they were following COVID protocols for those areas. :shrug

But I think it's more than likely a personal preference for Cruise.

The new Avatar movie is out, right?

Why do I hear zero about it?

The only things I have heard are negative. Poor story line, too long, etc

the first one got noticed because it was pretty…

I remember going to the original in the theatre, and it was just meh.

The special effects were cool but it is like they ripped the plot from some old Western we all forgot about.
