One thing I always thought was stupid about Star Trek is how dumb the aliens always looked.

They were always basically human with weird heads. I always found that unrealistic.

At least in Star Wars you see things like Jabba, Chewbacca, Trench, etc.

Saw all the movies and liked them. The Borg still creeps me out. Didn't watch the TV shows until recently when my wife talked me into watching them. Her whole family are Trekkies and have seen them all. I could only stand to halfway watch the original series.

I've seen clips of the original series and yeah it holds up very very poorly visually.

I have watched the movies, and have watched Star Trek: TNG quite a bit.

Only II, III and IV are worth a damn. Star Trek The Motion Picture was a bore, but the special effects were phenomenal for 1979.

The Wrath of Kahn was always the best one, imo.

I have not seen the Secret of NIMH, The Ice Pirates, Legend and Labyrinth.

There were a bunch others there that were so massively popular, I watched them once but that is it.

There are some excellent unheralded ones on here that many people may not appreciate as much as I do, like The Last Dragon, Better Off Dead and Big Trouble In Little China.
Love the last dragon.
