So your defending World Series Champion Texas Rangers have made a handful of moves this offseason to revamp the bullpen, signing quality vet Kirby Yates, former Mariner reliever Diego Castillo (who was really good before last year), and most notably signing very talented vet David Robertson, who by the way has closer experience and will compete with LeClerc for the closer job. A much-improved bullpen paired with an offense that could be even better with Wyatt Langford essentially replacing Tevares in the lineup should help carry the team until deGrom, Scherzer and Mahle hopefully make their way back around midseason. There is just cause to think this year's team could actually be far better than last year's team come playoff time.
