Dream staff is overstating it. We haven't seen the position coaches for the most part and I am not a fan of the ST hire. I'm lukewarm on Eberflus. I do like the OC.

Yeah I was about to say I kind of like the staff but hardly a dream team. Good young coaches I think though.
