I'll be interested to see what other serious white candidates he interviews besides Moore, meaning Carroll or one of the hotshot coordinators. If the answer is "none," then the fix was in from Day 1.

I think it's the opposite.

Moore isn't some strong-minded individual.

He's not a hard-nosed coach or anybody that's going to command the respect of the locker room.

And he damn sure isn't going to stand up to Jerry in any way.

Deion is probably the perfect candidate to handle the circus because he IS the circus. That's why I've been pleasantly surprised at both his coaching style and his coaching demeanor.

And while he is taking that responsibility with more seriousness than I ever imagined, he still rolls with a large entourage and loves the attention that comes from what he's doing.

So if anyone was made to coach under our tent? It's that guy.

I don't think he's the perfect coach, but I do believe he's the perfect personality for this environment because he knows exactly how to navigate within it.

This is where I'm at, Moore is a better NFL HC candidate on paper given his track record (as evidenced by being somewhat in the conversation for other jobs) but we all know if he comes here it's just a dysfunctional "family picture" situation where he'll be walked all over.

Deion is like a demented version of Belichick in that he might actually have the personality/demeanor to be a shock to the system and change the culture for a few years, while having the sway to potentially get the two dumbo's to spend some money in FA.

Obviously I don't think Deion is in the same galaxy as Belichick, but I think he is probably one of the few who could keep Jerry at bay for a few years and maybe change the rotten culture somewhat.

As far as current Washington Passing Game Coordinator and former Eagles OC Brian Johnson goes, you might as well start penciling his ass in somewhere.

From 2014-16, Johnson worked as the quarterbacks coach at Mississippi State. He mentored quarterback Dak Prescott as Prescott became one of the best quarterbacks in SEC history. Prescott became one of two quarterbacks in SEC history to throw for 8,500 yards and rush for 2,000 yards. In 2015, Prescott was named a finalist for the Manning and Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Awards after setting school records in completions (316), completion percentage (66.2), passing yards (3,793) and efficiency rating (151.7).
