I have used myfitnesspal.com for 303 days and went from 210 to 169. It makes things easy for you...when I first started I would begin the day with 1200 calories, then based on what exercise I did, I could gain more calories. So if you want to eat, you have to put in the work. Now I am up to a 2070 per day plan, just maintenance now. Best shape of my life and I turn 44 next month.
