I used to think it was mostly hyperbole but I am quite certain, now, that they mean every outlandish fucking thing they say. For many years, I considered myself a moderate but I was forced to the right by stupid shit like this.

I’m sitting here wondering how important it is to me that Trump beats Biden.

I’m considering a scenario where Trump having his way with my wife would not lose him my vote, even by force.

Not my kid, though. I’m sure it was a joke, I hope so. If someone touches my kid(s), I hope I get a judge and jury that understands killing that person was my only choice. Otherwise, I’m going to prison for a while.

If someone hurt my child, they better pray the cops find them first.

Of course but many of the people who voted for Trump might have done so disliking Hillary but not having been exposed to constant 24/7 media bombardment about how evil Trump was himself, at that point.

4 years of being told he's the devil might change the mind of the life long democrat who held his nose and voted for him last time from coal country PA.

It's had the exact opposite effect on me. Even though I didn't vote for him, I found myself defending him against the stupid shit they were accusing him of. Even if I thought he had done a shit job (I don't), I would vote for him out of spite.

I guess I just don't get it, why are the stakes so high? Has your life been ruined somehow by Trump being President? So much so that what he has done to people is worse than actually raping a person? I don't think most people think like this but it's just comical to me how much people think the Country will end if Trump is elected. Just like they said the same thing 4 years ago when Trump was elected and nothing bad happened. But those same people will be the ones on TV yet again balling their eyes and screaming if Trump gets 4 more years.

I can at least see the concern with the Supreme Court a little for Democrats. And you're right, its almost entirely about abortion.

She spends more time in the hospital than she does her home.

If they would turn off the news for a couple of weeks, they might be happy. The liberal media has created this fictional dystopian reality that has come about because of this administration and no matter what evidence you present to the contrary, they just want to double down on it.
