I had fun watching Tyson vs RJJ. I found it entertaining.

Damn.

My favorite boxer of all time. One of the 4 Kings of Boxing. Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, and Duran. Those four guys took turns absolutely beating the hell out of each other. And anybody else that got in their way.

RIP, Legend.

Hagler's fight against Leonard was one of the worst judged in boxing history.

God, I hated Sugar Ray Leonard.

You just can't get good boxing like this now.

15 rounds of battle.

With fucking Howard Cosell announcing it?

Fuggetaboutit.
That era of boxing was so damn good. Awesome fighters all throughout the weight classes. And those lower/middle weights were just brutal.

Remember when Duk Koo Kim was killed in the ring when fighting Ray Boom Boom Mancini? That was when boxing changed championship fights from 15 rounds to 12. And other things aimed at protecting fighters. Things like not letting them fight for a certain amount of time if they were KO'd/TKO'd. Back in the day, those guys fought all the time.

I know people always try to compare eras in sports, but I honestly think fighters from 30-40 years ago would have walked through today's fighters. They were just tougher. Meaner.

That's Mills Lane reffing too.
No sir, that's Richard Steele.

Forever jeered after calling the Meldrick Taylor vs Chavez fight too soon.

Poor guy was robbed.

EDIT

Disregard.

I thought you were referring to Hagler vs Hearns.
