I thought she was talking about me. Turns out she was talking about the seasoning.

I even put that stuff in my red beans.

Yep I covered 2 ribeyes with that seasoning last night before putting them in vacuum bags. My wife will start them in the sous-vide at 135 degrees around noon today and I'll pull them and put them on the grill after 6 hours.

Next I'm going to smash up some chicken breasts and try it on there.

It was the most poverty/rich mixed city I have ever seen. Normally there ae railroad tracks and shit.

In all seriousness, It is very "blended". You can have a broken down house right across the block from a very nice house. It is weird.
