It's the best I've had so far. My wife said the same thing.

I thought she was talking about me. Turns out she was talking about the seasoning. :unsure

Thanks for the suggestion.
I even put that stuff in my red beans.

Yep I covered 2 ribeyes with that seasoning last night before putting them in vacuum bags. My wife will start them in the sous-vide at 135 degrees around noon today and I'll pull them and put them on the grill after 6 hours.

Next I'm going to smash up some chicken breasts and try it on there.

Question: How do you know you are in a gay BBQ joint?
Answer: The sausage and hotdogs taste like shit

I got me a little portable charcoal grill. A little rainy and windy today, so no dice.

But tomorrow, I will be grilling a large Cowboy Ribeye and some filet mignon.

I have an erection just in anticipation.

I'm throwing some butterflies and potatoes on the grill tomorrow. It's been too long for me too.

You don't know what butterflied pork chops are, so all I can assume is your European background is kicking somehow.
No, dumbass.

You challenged my Southern-hood.

Sandy is from TeX-uZ!

Nevermind.

So, you're proud of being southern. Good to know.

Hey, what can I say?

I have my British Imperialist coupled with Southern Imperialist.

I could retire to Charleston.

Charleston is a great town, but it is ... not a great place to live from what I could tell.

Yeah, it is a very odd city, like any port.

Except that it is poor.
It is really poor, but no shot against it, just don't think I would want to live there.

I can definitely tell you that you would be uncomfortable.
It was the most poverty/rich mixed city I have ever seen. Normally there ae railroad tracks and shit. :unsure

In all seriousness, It is very "blended". You can have a broken down house right across the block from a very nice house. It is weird.

Sounds like you need to move.
