The author of the tweet (Spoon Keeps It) is trying to sell those shirts and photoshopped it on Dak in an attempt to sell them.

The whole thing made perfect sense to me.

If that is photoshopped, it is top shelf... the shadow on his shirt (from the mic) lines up perfectly with his shadow on the backdrop. Plus, when enlarged, the pixels appear to line up.
