And we all knew this absolute moron was a terrible pick when we made it.
Perfect example of why you don’t draft retards. Sam Williams has flirted with disasters like this as well. At least we seemed to stay away from guys like this last draft.a disaster on and off the field
I don't see the problem. Jerry owns the team and signs the checks, right? So he'd be working "for Jerry". Schottenheimer is another coach here, right? So he'd be working "with Schotty."Love how Eberflus says Jerry is the one who called him and Schotty and how he's excited to work "for Jerry" and "with Schotty."
I know we all know this is the way it is here, but still.
Maybe that Schotty is the HEAD coach.I don't see the problem. Jerry owns the team and signs the checks, right? So he'd be working "for Jerry". Schottenheimer is another coach here, right? So he'd be working "with Schotty."
What am I missing?
You know what it is. You'd like to hear him say Schotty called him and that's who he works for.I don't see the problem. Jerry owns the team and signs the checks, right? So he'd be working "for Jerry". Schottenheimer is another coach here, right? So he'd be working "with Schotty."

Its the culture. From players to coaches. There is no chain of command other than straight to Jerry and undermines the head coach. Something that we have all complained about for years.I still don't see the problem. You work WITH the other coaches. Head coach or not. You work FOR the owner. The guy who signs your check.
Still, not seeing the problem. The same thing would be said at any other job. You work for the employer, you work with the other employees. But here, it’s the “culture” to say it? WGAS. Just sounds like inventing something to complain about. We already have enough to keep us busy. What’s the point of inventing more? Its the culture. From players to coaches. Im done with giving that much of a shit over it but thats what it is.
So if you get hired at Walmart. Do you thank the store manager for hiring you or do you thank the Walton family?Still, not seeing the problem. The same thing would be said at any other job. Semantics. So if you get hired at Walmart. Do you thank the store manager for hiring you or do you thank the Walton family?
I honestly question how often he is actually on site. But he does have an office in the building.Semantics.
The owner of Walmart isn’t on site, is he? Nope. Is someone put in place by that company to do the hiring at that particular site? Yep.
Is the owner of the Cowboys on site?
Its not made up. Its been brought up by past players.Still, not seeing the problem. The same thing would be said at any other job. You work for the employer, you work with the other employees. But here, it’s the “culture” to say it? WGAS. Just sounds like inventing something to complain about. We already have enough to keep us busy. What’s the point of inventing more?
