Perfect example of why you don’t draft retards. Sam Williams has flirted with disasters like this as well. At least we seemed to stay away from guys like this last draft.

Eberflus has put together some solid defenses with way less than he has here.

I know 1T is far from what we'd like it to be, but there's enough here for a top 10ish defense, particularly if the offense can jump out to leads.

I don't see the problem. Jerry owns the team and signs the checks, right? So he'd be working "for Jerry". Schottenheimer is another coach here, right? So he'd be working "with Schotty."

Its the culture. From players to coaches. There is no chain of command other than straight to Jerry and undermines the head coach. Something that we have all complained about for years.
