I don't know but he is a hell of a defensive coordinator. His defenses really were why Eli won the Superbowl. And when Mahomes has his off days or moments the defense just carries them. It's a playoff caliber defense too.

Anyway, some guys are great coordinators and terrible head coaches. He is obviously a top defensive coordinator. Not sure I'd like him as a head coach though.
