The replay sucks about as bad as it rolled out live.

The Ravens dominated the tempo and Visor Boi had no answers.
He could have had all the answers in the world. Who knows? But the QB and RBs we trotted out there made them irrelevant.

Watched Booker's all-22 and it was about what I thought from the TV version, nothing spectacular but he did a very nice job a few times in pass protection just standing guys up and not letting them go anywhere. It was John Jenkins, a long-time vet who started the past few years in Vegas, and Peebles who was a 6th this past year, so not complete schlubs.

He didn't finish in the run game on 2-3 plays as well as you'd like but he wasn't getting whipped either, had just as many if not more positive blocks in the run game where he opened up space.

I went back and skimmed through Tyler Smith's first preseason all-22 just to see what it looked like and Smith had at least one, if not two holding penalties, and missed a block on a DT right in front of his face that nearly got Rush killed. It may have been partially Biadasz's fault on the communication on that particular play though, but seeing all of that was good perspective given that Tyler has probably a 30-40% chance at making the HoF.

Tyler was visibly quicker and more explosive to the second level, but he was also a full-time LT in college so that's not surprising. I'm sure Booker's lack of foot quickness will show up at times but there's almost no chance he busts given his physical strength, size and work ethic, and more likely than not I'm guessing he makes a Pro Bowl or two.

Yea that was one of the most impressive pass pro sets he had.

Peebles is probably 50/50 to make their 53, but he should be a guy who sticks in the NFL for 4-5 years and was known for his pass rush and quickness coming out, he was also 1st team All-ACC last year.

What Booker does to him there is borderline embarrassing with how he just locks him out and stands him straight up.

Maybe between Cornelius and Thomas these late round OL are finally going to pay off?

They must aspire to be Chuma-like.

I feel pretty confident in him as a long-term backup LT, which is a win for a 7th rounder or whatever he was. He needs to develop way more to be a starter but I don't think it's completely out of the question.

Watching the end of the Ravens game again and Cornelius really does look good, way quicker feet than I expected. He's probably not as good as a vet like Adeniji just yet, but I think you have to keep him on the 53 with the idea of possibly replacing Steele in a year or two.

Yeah especially for a guy who missed his entire rookie season. One of the few guys who did the "redshirt" season and actually got better. I don't know what the cieling is for the guy but he looks better than any of the day three OTs we have drafted for a long time.
