Fuck every bit of that shit.
I will still watch in terms of morbid curiousity.
What a fucking joke. I’ll give Jones credit for helping change the NFL landscape but he sucks at anything football team-related.
i bet it is heavily, heavily slanted to the early 1990s.

Al Davis never made himself a personal shrine of a TC show. Just saying.

DCC is essentially a therapy group. This shows will be the epicenter for our trauma. We may need the collective to speak to, be heard and cope.

I can't read the thread, but from the two tweets posted, there are some "big time" throws in there but there are plenty of throws that should be routine for a decent pro QB.

Yeah just depends on what a "big time throw" is defined as. Lots of impressive throws. Dak is a really good QB. He just hasn't been good in the playoffs for awhile now.

Yep. Generally this stuff seems pretty subjective to me so I don't put a lot of stock in it.

Even accompanied with video it's selectively edited. The amount of bad throws is pretty important also, as is the context (for example the GB playoff game, Dak made some nice throws that game but was overall not good and if you just extract the good ones it projects a false sense of his performance that game).

That's probably because fat Andy creates a lot of easy throws for Mahomes which lowers the percent.
And/or Mahomes makes better reads and goes to the open man rather than forcing it to a predetermined target.

Also could be very true. But teams like the Chiefs run far more short screen type passes than us.

This metric doesn't really tell you a lot other than Dak is capable of making big time throws. Doesn't make him a good QB or a bad QB. If my QB had a really low amount of big time throws that might be a concern to me. But other than that the stat doesn't mean much.
