Can't believe it's not Vrabel but hey. Maybe some crazy shit goes down and Vrabel decides to be a DC for a year or two before rebooting as a HC?
It would be great to hire him if Quinn leaves. Can't believe it's not Vrabel but hey. Maybe some crazy shit goes down and Vrabel decides to be a DC for a year or two before rebooting as a HC?
Shit, I was half kidding when I posted this. You will regret doubting Josina when Jarod Mayo is the next head coach.
Yeah, no way. Quinn did the same thing before he took the Cowboys job.My guess is Vrabel sits out a year or takes a HC job elsewhere. I doubt he's in a hurry to be a DC again.
Do they get comp picks for promoting a minority candidate from within?
Thankfully not, but that may be next.Do they get comp picks for promoting a minority candidate from within?
Understand why but it almost punishes the organization for developing them and not having them leave.Thankfully not, but that may be next.
If it were me I think I'd rather go McDonald than Johnson, he's done more with less talent. His primary edge rushers in Baltimore are Clowney and Van Noy, both off the scrap heap.

Understand why but it almost punishes the organization for developing them and not having them leave.
When people talk about systemic racism this is what it feels like. I mean why is it that we have to talk about the color of Mayo's skin. We are talking about a team being "punished" for developing a black assistant and hiring them. I completely agree with you, policies like these really just breed racism. The Pat's aren't being punished, they are picking the guy that they have been grooming for this position. Who cares if he is black, white, Asian or something else? But now we think in terms of hey, hire the black guy for draft picks. That is exactly systemic racism isn't it?It's almost like it shouldn't be happening in any scenario.
