Quick thoughts.

Good win even if it was against a third string QB.

A Garrett led team would have played down to their competition and made this game closer than necessary so it was good to see them not do that yesterday.

Good game from Cooks. Hope it’s the first of many more this season.

Micah seemed quiet. Hope he’s ok.
Parsons was getting consistent pressure, there's nothing wrong with him. We put up 5 sacks and we all know damn good and well that he's the focal point of every offensive game plan we face, he has plenty to do with several of those even though they don't show up on the stat sheet.

But no tackles/assists is really rare. I’m not sure he’s had another shutout .

The writing is on the wall with the Bryant signing too, they're churning there. Maybe Gallup regained some confidence yesterday but it's clear they're thinking twice about him.

I wouldn't be shocked if we went WR in the first particularly because it seems like McCarthy wants a big (6-3 to 6/4, 210+) type of WR and Rome Odunze, Brian Thomas Jr. and Keon Coleman all fit that bill perfectly.

I was surprised to see Brooks and he looks like a player also. I could see him eventually being better than Tolbert even.

I don't mind Gallup getting some snaps but I'm really glad to see the other guys eat into his playing time.

Hopefully this means Gallup is gone in the offseason.

Career highlight!
He already has more TFL and QB hits than Jordan Davis did as a rookie, and Davis has obviously developed into a nice player for Philly in his second year.

Mazi has been a disappointment but I'm still pretty confident he'll turn into a long-term LVE type starter. Basically a solid starter who plays his role but isn't a star by any means.

My biggest concern is he just seems kind of immature and dumb, and may not ever reach his potential as a result.

I missed this in real time but it looks like Pugh is preventing him from getting up.

Pugh was very much giving him the business while he was laying on the ground. Pugh didn't like the way Gallimore hit Guido but regardless he was instigating. Gallimore didn't even kick him that hard, basically just a signal to get the frick off.
