He's an administrator.

Meh. I'm ready for a different approach.

I've grown tired of watching literally every WR and TE on the field run the same curl route on plays. That's part of the reason why Dak's turnover numbers skyrocketed. Defenders just sat on those routes because they knew that was Kellen Moore's bread and butter; especially on 3rd and 6+ plays.

That doesn't mean a lot.

I have a hard time believing that McCarthy and Moore had some sort of integrated playbook.

I will say this though.

There was always this idea that Fat Mike bullshitted his way into this job with all of his bragging about watching all the plays and embracing analytics. I firmly believe that he did. Well, make him prove it now.

At least there is some ownership, he's getting his shot.

And if he fails, I am all about wearing a camo hat.

We didn't have schemes.

We ran plays. There was no regard to design to the overall scheme of the game, tempo, anything.
